Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified for each tour.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
- Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the cancellation policy.
Tour Participation
- Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to undertake the tour activities. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any medical concerns prior to booking.
- Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents for the duration of the tour.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.
Tour Conduct
- Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or offensive may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
- Safety: Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by tour guides and staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour.
- Environmental Responsibility: We encourage responsible tourism practices, including minimizing waste, respecting wildlife and natural habitats, and supporting local communities.
Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Falcon Tourism and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property incurred during the tour, except where such loss, injury, or damage is caused by negligence on our part.
- Indemnification: Participants agree to indemnify Falcon Tourism and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the tour.
