Not at all. You don’t need a driving licence or any off-road experience to ride with us. Your guide explains everything before you start and keeps the pace comfortable, so you’ll feel confident from the very first dune.
Drivers need to be at least 16 years old and 150 cm tall. Younger family members are welcome as passengers in our two- and four-seater buggies, which is why families usually choose a buggy.
Our quad bike tours start from AED 150, and open-desert quad rides start from AED 250. Dune buggy tours start from AED 600 for a single-seater, AED 700 for a two-seater, and AED 800 for a four-seater. Message us anytime for today’s best rate.
Depending on your tour, you’ll ride the buggy or quad for 30 minutes to an hour. The whole experience, including pickup, briefing, and extras, takes three to four hours. We’ll confirm your exact ride time when you book.
Light, comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes work best, along with sunglasses and sunscreen. A light scarf helps keep the sand off your face, and we’ll provide your helmet and goggles. Riding isn’t recommended during pregnancy or if you have back or neck problems.
